hosts mismatch in the console

We gave access to the new member who joined our team. The issue I see is the total number of hosts that he sees in the console is different for different members. We have total 32 servers in the dev env, I can see all 32, the new guy can see only 21,other team member has 25.
May I know why this is happening and how can I fix it?

If they are not all Admins, then they only can see the hosts in which they are contacts for unless they have selected the rights "Can see all hosts and services"

Thanks, yes some of the users were not added as contacts to the servers. Fixed it.
