Hi All,

Few of the services in Nagios XI , when run from "Run Check Command" and also from terminal it is giving expected output.
However the service status in GUI dashboard is showing critical\unknown.

Please suggest.

Does it give you a message under Status Information?

Thanks for your reply.
No I am getting critical message in status information.

"SOAP UNKNOWN: failed to access SOAP API".

But below is the output of "Run Check Command"
SOAP OK: 0.010 | 'messages'=0.010;300;600;;

Is this a plugin that was downloaded from Exchange? This really sounds like a plugin that is either out of date, or has requirements that haven't been met.
