Hi Team,

We have few scheduled reports in our Nagios XI that are sent to different teams and users.

Last week, we upgraded our Nagios servers OS from Centos 6.4 to CentOS 7.6 and the restoration was completed successfully.
After the upgrade, we are facing issue with the scheduled reports. We are able to see the reports but Nagios is not sending reports to the respective teams and users.

We have checked the user permissions and it is as per the requirement.

The only thing is, users are not receiving the reports. Please help us with the same on priority.

Just for clarification, you are not receiving any emails for scheduled reports. Is this correct? Typically if there's an issue with reports, it will be sent but maybe empty or not populating data correctly..

Run the following tail command, schedule the report to send in a minute or two and then post the output. Thanks. Also, post the output of the mail log.

Hello,

I see there are two different IP addresses specified for the Nagios XI server. Which is the correct one - the ip address ending in 155 or 156? Go to Admin > System Config > System Settings to verify you have set the correct Program and Exteranl URL's (if they differ). This values need to be correct in order for Nagios XI to generate reports.
