Hello XI support

We are having troubles with BPI duplicates all over again.

In case we still have to rename all the service groups (around 700): how to mass-rename while also updating all the dashboards and FUSION integrations?

Thank you

Hi @dlukinski,

Would you mind opening a support ticket for this issue as I believe this is going to be the fastest path to resolution? Also, we'll need the following files from the server and your system profile. Thanks.

Code: Select all

/usr/local/nagiosxi/var/components/bpi.log
/usr/local/nagiosxi/etc/components/bpi.conf
/usr/local/nagiosxi/etc/components/bpi.conf.backup
To send us your system profile.
Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Save the profile.zip file and share in a private message and then reply to this post to bring it up in the queue.
