HI,

This is my configuration:
Nagios : 4.4.3
Nagvis : 1.9.8
Ndoutils : 2.1.3

I'm currently facing an issue that whenever I try to create an Automap, the error "NDO reports that Nagios is not running (Backend-ID: nagiosxi" will show, I have tried to restart the services, make changes:
- "data_processing_options=-1" to ndomod.cfg
- "event_broker_options=-1" to nagios.cfg

But none of that worked..

Any idea guys?

Are you using a Nagios XI nagvis configuration on a Nagios Core system? If so, this is not going to work...

Verify the database connection settings in nagvis.ini.php. This error can be produced if the connection settings are not correct.
