We've got Nagios XI configured and imported about 100 users from AD, setup our multi-tenancy and everything seems to be working fine on that end. We've put a instance of Fusion out there, and imported the same 100 users from AD into it. In order to keep our multi-tenancy intact we have to map the users from XI to a user in Fusion. However when we look to modify the users in Fusion to map them to a user in XI, all we get in the drop down box is [No Mapping].

The connection to the fused server tests out OK ... Not sure if we're missing something?

This information is pulled periodically with the polling interval. What is the polling interval set to on the fused server's settings page? Do you have multiple servers fused? If so, set the number of simultaneous pollers(Admin > System Configuration > System Settings > Data & Polling) to the same number of fused servers. Set the memory to 1024M as well.
