Nagios XI Permissions

Hello,

I'm trying to setup read-only permissions for a group of users in Nagios XI (5.6.6) so they can view services under CCM and review the arguments and different settings without being able to make and save changes. I'm having trouble reaching this as it appears the only way they can review service settings in CCM is by having write/edit access. Attached is a screenshot of a current user who I tried setting up to only be able to view CCM services but when testing with him we discovered he could still make and save changes. Any known suggestions around this?

Notice I selected limited CCM access and kept everything unchecked so they only had view permissions but the user could still make and save changes after testing.

Hello @FrontlineIT,

Giving limited access to the CCM does allow the user ability to edit and modify host and services. You can could not grant the access to the CCM, but direct users to viewing configuration data for host and services from the Nagios Core interface. Go to http://<ip address>/nagios, and from the Home left hand menu go to System > Configuration.
