Hi Supoort Team,

I'm unable to generate the "notification report" for a duration longer than 3 month. As of today, the last quarter report only show from august to sept only (missing july data) and older report (using custom fuction) showing "No matching results found. Try expanding your search criteria.".
Is there a way to fix/extend it? I dont have this issue for other type of report.

What is the value for the "Max Notifications Age" under the "Performance Settings" page?

Admin > System Config > Performance Settings > Databases

You can increase this value if you need to.

Currently the value for "Max Notifications Age" is 90 days. I have increase the value to 180 but i still cannot retrieve the last 6 month data.

Is the data was purge out because of previous 90days setting or there is a way to revoke it from archived log or else.

You are correct. The old data won't be available, because Nagios XI was not configured to keep it beyond 90 days. The report will work only for the "new" data (after increasing the value to 180 days). I hope this makes sense.
