Testing notification messages is not available for your...

Hi Support,

Some users cannot receive the SMS and I have try to test and I got this message below.
"Testing notification messages is not available for your account. Contact your Nagios XI administrator for details."

Befor that, users could receive an SMS alert.

How can I fix this?

This will occur if the xi notification handlers are not set for the contact account. Edit the contact under Configure > Core Config Manager > Alerting > Contacts. You can set the notification handlers under the Alert Settings tab or through inheritence by applying a template under the Common Settings tab. The contact needs to use the xi_host_notification_handler and xi_service_notification handler(under the respective Manage Host/Service Notification Commands section on the Alert Settings tab) to avoid this message.
