Please provide simple instructions as to where in NLS I need to make changes once my host has a new IP.
My Company has been doing an IP Update project to remove conflicts across the enterprise. I have to change one NLS host IP.
Where in the NLS Cluster are the IP stored? I recall seeing IP and/or host names in some configuration files.
Please advise.
Thanks
Steve B

https://support.nagios.com/kb/article.php?id=549 has the steps to set the IP on the products with specific considerations for each one. NLS settings are covered in the "Nagios Log Server Specific Settings" section of the doc.

Nice write up in the KB. I'm searching for that on a separate screen and there is no way I'll find it while searching for "log server ip address change". I'm looking for a way to change. So thanks for the direct URL.
My UNIX Server people have to do the host IP change. I knew there was a place in the cluster for telling all the 4 hosts about each other. That was where I was going. So thanks for the location => /usr/local/nagioslogserver/var/cluster_hosts
I'm good to go now. Please close.
Have a Good Holiday !
