Variables (GPS) in Google maps

We get the the GPS location using SNMP command. Locations keep changing. How do we add this in google maps so that locations are displayed dynamically. Thanks in advance

The Google maps utilize the Notes field of the service to store the location, unfortunately there is no method to update this field in real time (dynamically).
