Is it possible to create a manual user that only has access to one dashboard and possible one host?

The docs for user management seem a bit dated. I cant find how to limit a users to just viewing a specific dashboard for one specific host. There are some new host list boxes in the user interface bu those are not in the docs I have found. I really dont want to give some random project leader access to the log server without limitations.

Users by default are only able to see dashboards they create or ones that are saved as 'global'. You can still restrict users to only seeing data from specific hosts though. This can be done on the permissions tab of the user account. You can add specific hosts or a list of hosts on this page. Host lists are maintained under Admin > Management > Host List Management.
