Hi All,

Is it possible to set different notification commands for different states? I wrote an SMS notification command, but do not want an SMS notification on 'Warning' states. I do want them for 'Critical' states. Can I do that?

Yes, you can set up different contacts for each state and give them different notification options and methods.

For example, let's say you want to receive alerts by email for warning states, but you want to receive text messages for critical and recovery states. You would make 2 contacts, both of which represent you. One would handle the warning states and the other would handle the critical and recovery states.
