Hello,

We are recently having a problem with showing the Host/Service status after an Apply Configuration. Once it is done, Hosts Status and Service Status stop displaying any check (no matter if it's status was Critical, Warning or OK).

We found as a workaround to restart Nagios Core service or rebooting the server, but last time none of the options worked...

Could you please help us to resolve this issue? What thing should we check first to troubleshoot it?

When did this start happing and have made any changes to the server recently? Please send us your system profile so we can review the logs. If you have offloaded the database, retrieve the log from the server as it will not be in the profile.

Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Save the profile.zip file and share this in a private message and then reply to this post to bring it up in the queue.
