daily email of current alerts

Hello support,

to assist our on call staff better, we were wondering if there was a report we could have that is produced at a certain time every day. say 6 or 7 am. This report would show us all service problems at that time.

I couldn't' find anything in the reports (they all contain more information than we want/need)

Is there a way to generate this snapshot in time report?

Yes.

If you go to
Home -> All Service Problems

Then schedule a page report (see page 2 here)
