NRDS config - use alphanumeric and underscores CONFIG_NAME

Dear all,
Checked the forum but couldnt find an answer yet.
I used to run NagiosXI 5.5.4 and have multiple config in NRDS config manager.
Recently we updated to version 5.6.8 but now we get an error creating new NRDS configs.
For example config name "Test_test_17", the other stuff i leave default. and press "Save" we get an error stating
"You must only use alphanumeric and underscores in CONFIG_NAME."
Change the config name to "Testtest17" removing the underscores. Same error.
Change the config name to "testest17" removing capitals, now it works.
When I try "test_test_17" same error comes back, appearently it is only possible to use lower case letters and numbers?
This issues causes that all my current configurations that were created in 5.5.4 cant be edited unless I change the CONFIG_NAME drastically, but than the already deployed systems wont receive the updates because the have different names installed. (many of these systems are remote in different country's making it hard to adjust)
Things I tried.
Update 5.6.8 to 5.6.9, no solution
In nagios.cfg removed every illegal_object_name_chars= (originally it contained `~!$%^&*|'"<>?,()=)
Reinstall a clean NagiosXI 5.6.9 to make sure it wasnt a corrupt config
None of these gave any solution, is there a solution for this or does the new Nagios limit NRDP config_name to lowercase letters and numbers only?
