Our company has a 3 layer network I want to find out how can I add the Links to Nagios which option do I use under configuration

There are many wizards that ship with Nagios XI for monitoring almost anything. You can use the "Network Switch / Router" wizard to monitor switches and routers. When you set up your hosts, the most important thing to be to setup parent/child relationships for your hosts in order to avoid too much "noise" (too many notifications).
