Please help with check_mssql_health plugging from Consol Labs

Installation usage manual is unclear (could not get it configured to the point when it is usable)

Please help with command and service configuration examples
- how to use the environment variables or (better) pass all the usual arguments?

NAGIOS__SERVICEMSSQL_HOST (_mssql_host in the servicedefinition)
NAGIOS__SERVICEMSSQL_USER (_mssql_user in the servicedefinition)
NAGIOS__SERVICEMSSQL_PASS (_mssql_pass in the servicedefinition)
NAGIOS__SERVICEMSSQL_PORT (_mssql_port in the servicedefinition)
NAGIOS__SERVICEMSSQL_SERVER (_mssql_server in the servicedefinition)

Getting it working is the first step. Please provide the information showing what steps you have followed so far and what exactly is not working.

There's no point in helping you with the other steps until we get the plugin working.
