i'm trying to find plugin for windows folder monitoring using nrpe. but could find any.

Here's a plugin that will check on files and folders.

Take a look and see if it will suit your needs. Also be advised that NRPE is deprecated. Consider looking at NCPA for any new servers in your environment.
