would you please explain if there is any requirements when patching Nagiosxi OS system "RHEL7.6"?

do we need to stop Nagios services including mariadb, or no need for doing any thing?

This would be handled by the update, but we would recommend stoping the services and restarting once the OS has been patched. This will avoid any unnecessary error messages in the logs due to services being stopped and restarted during updates.
