I am trying to contact the sales department by the emails
[email protected] and [email protected] for the last few weeks but am receiving no replies.

Have checked spambox and junk folders.

Is there another way to contact those responsible?

we have still not been contacted by the sales or orders departments.
Is there any way to amend that?
Please make sure if the departments are attempting communications, as to find out if they fall out somewhere.

They said they have emailed twice, I did let them know that we resolved the issue in the PM
