pdf report error

Hi Team,

For some Nagiosxi(5.6.10) users when fetch report its ok, but when download to PDF nothing comes in PDF.

Please help

Could you share this users permissions, both from a user perspective and how they are added to the host & service. I'd like to try to reproduce this.

Hi,

User added with read only permission and also contact created
Devices added in username contact via bulk modification tool add contact.

Please let us know if more detail require

I've tried to repeat this but have been unsuccessful. Did it happen right after adding the user?

Was this issue ever resolved? I am having similar issue with users added from AD with only host availability reports. is showing me empty pie graph but for nagiosadmin, i am able to do everything. any help will be much appreciated

Hi ,

This is also not a new issue we also face this issue many times in older versions of Nagiosxi but highlight this time

we created another user and add hosts to user contact via Bulk modification tool then issue resolved.But sometime this also not help.

whenever we update Nagiosxi we face such type of issues
other report authentication issue highlighted in another form

I haven't been able to re-create this, however I do know that when users are added to new objects there is a slight delay for all the object permissions to populate, which I believe could be up to 15 minutes

Hi

we created all user and details months ago also not getting issue with all user.
and also fetch report with same configuration in previous months.
we don't change single configuration for some user including addition/deletion of devices
