i need to do some changes in email notification messages. i am getting email alerts as below :-

Notification Type: PROBLEM

Service: Open Files
Host: 172.28.2.118
Address: 172.28.2.118
State: CRITICAL
Info:
Connection refused or timed out
Date/Time: 2012-05-09 18:35:38

now my requirement is instead of IP address i should get hostname. how can i achieve this.

The default message should return what you have entered in the field labeled "Host Name*" when you look at the host in
Configure -> CCM -> Hosts -> Modify
