I upgraded from Nagios Core v3.3.1 to v3.4, and now I am getting the following error:

/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_by_ssh: invalid option -- 'w'

Same here, also having similar issues with check_http commands -- comes back with
Status Information: No such file or directory
HTTP CRITICAL - Unable to open TCP socket

Major bugs were found in Nagios Core 3.4.0 immediately after release. You should upgrade to 3.4.1, which released a fix.
