Hello Nagios support
FUSION (as well as XI and LOG) account lookups (by First Last names) are not listed alphabetically, but historically.
How to change that?
- really annoying and hard to find names when there are hundreds of accounts

Where are you looking exactly? I've done a couple tests an things seem to be ordered alphabetically so far. Can you provide a screenshot to clarify?

Users should be sorted alphabetically, but are not... I filed an internal bug report on the issue (task_id=14931). The bug should be fixed in the next release of Nagios Fusion. Thank you for reporting the issue!
