testTrap not seeing by Nagios

I have the defined traps with OID (see attached), but when the trap is sent it end up in the unknown trap log.

Trap:

Traps appearing in the Unknown log mean there is not a host and service object defined in Nagios XI. Can you show us the:

Entry in the unknown log
Host and service object definitions in Nagios XI
trap definition
