Hello,

I have a requirement to not issue a notification, unless the failure occurs 3 times.
is this possible in configuring Nagios Core?

Step 3: Raise Alarm if three consequetive calls fail.

Yep, in the host/service definition set

Code: Select all

max_check_attempts          3

This will wait until it fails 3 times before sending notification
