Retrieve Enterprise licence key

I Managed to get access to the Customer Support section, so sorry for the duplicate topic.
We recently extended two of our NagiosXI licenses, but somehow the Enterprise keys were removed in the process. We're now in trial mode with 2 days remaining. What is the procedure to retrieve our enterprise keys?
