Way to export the average CPU and memory usage

Hello guys,

Is there a way, component or tool to export the average CPU and memory usage over x number of days for all hosts?

I need export these in a excel or csv report and I'm not interested in obtaining any graph in this.

In the reporting sector I see that this information is in the capacity planning but it does not help me to see it that way and I do not see that it can be exported.

Regards
Christian

Unfortunately there isn't any way to pull the average that is built into Nagios XI

The closest thing built-in to Nagios XI is in the API
Help -> Objects Reference -> objects/rrdexport

This will give you the values in the RRD file for the host/service you specify

Thanks a lot Scott for the answer

At the moment I could build something with the rddtools for this but it would be nice if some native report for this is provided in the future since it is something that customers ask a lot.

Christian, I can submit a feature request on your behalf if you'd like. Please keep in mind that the decision to implement the enhancement is at the sole discretion of our development team.

Hi lmiltchev thank you very much for the prompt response, I would be interested if you can send this request to the development people and if they give you a reference ticket to follow up it would be excellent.

We don't provide reference (task id) number for feature request, but you can check the Nagios XI changelog to see if the feature has been implemented.

I filed a feature request for adding this functionality on your behalf. It is currently in the approval queue. Thank you!
