Could you include an attachment of this or at least a screenshot, so we can see it? And what is the total size (in kilobytes) of the resulting email?

Also, specifically what dashboard are you generating the report from, and exactly how are you setting up the scheduled mail?

Something seems wrong, and this will help us find out what it could be.
