help with sending emails

Hi guys!
so on my test machine Ive had to wipe the os and reinstall nagios which went well.
I loaded up the latest version, but I cant seem to get sendmail working correctly.
when I browse to admin/email settings and I send a test email. it says that the email was sent correctly,
however when I look at the mail on the server I get this:
what did I do wrong fellas?
