Renewal Licence offline

Hello
We have received our new license to renew NAGIOS XI Enterprise and Maintenance, but we do not have Internet access from our infrastructure to validate this in NAGIOS. The date support remains in April 2020.
Our license provider tells us that it is not possible to renew offline as we did in the past (reset_maintenance.php)
Do you confirm it?
And if possible, what is the process for obtaining the key and the renewal procedure?

If the offline process (reset_maintenance.php) is always possible, we only need the key.
