Nagiosxi not sending notification to one contact

Hello,

I am facing notification issue for one contact, t_nprasad on checking the notification status it shows that the email is sending the contact is not receiving any emails, when I send a test email from Nagios xi it is received in the inbox of the contact. The other contacts are receiving emails.

Is this contact part of the same organization as the others? If not, they may want to check their email rules, spam filter, or quarantine as that can often register automated emails as unwanted. What else might be different about this particular account?

Yes, please send the profile as well. We may be able to glean more information from that.

It would probably be good to check the mail log as well. This could be in different places depending on whether you have checked sendmail or SMTP in the Email Settings ( navigate to Admin with the navigation bar on top > then Email Settings is under the System Config section on the left pane ). Please make sure that Enable logging is checked as well.

Hello,

I have sent you the system profile separately. The notification is working previously, suddenly it stopped working.
