Host Downtime selection list ommissions

Hello, I'm running v5.6.9 on a CentOS 7 64-bit VM.
I have a user with Admin rights, who goes into Scheduled Downtime / Add Host Downtime, and sometimes cannot see certain hosts. He has sent me screen prints that appear to prove his claim.
A non-admin user, with all other rights, can see the missing hosts(s) on the same screen.
When I "Masquerade" as the user who is not seeing a particular host, I can see it. I can see the host in the list logged in as myself.
Please advise.
Earl

Is he using Chrome, does it work in Firefox? If so, this a known bug fixed in XI 5.6.14 and you will need to upgrade to resolve the issue.
Can you send us the screen shots that he sent you?
Please send me a copy of your profile, you can download it from Admin > System Profile > Download Profile.

Hello,
Firefox works, Chrome does not.

Thanks for the profile - we will review it to see if there is anything that stands out. Meanwhile, as ssax said, this a known bug that was fixed in XI 5.6.14. I would recommend that you upgrade to the latest version of Nagios XI to see if this is going to fix the issue. You may been to clear you browser's cache in order to get it to work, since this is a javascript change.
