Unable to reschedule a check from browser

Nagios Core 4.3.4
Ubuntu 18.04
Windows 10 Pro using IE 11 or Edge.
When I browse Nagios I see on the services Service Groups Hosts Host Groups.
I have a check I would like to re check I click on the service and then select "Re-schedule the next check of this service"
I then get command options screen and click on COMMIT button and nothing happens I done this a million times in the past and it always worked.
Any ideas
