Greetings!

I deployed a small Nagios Core environment at work for testing. We use ZenDesk for our support tickets and I was looking/hoping to see if anyone has successfully integrated Nagios with ZenDesk to both open/close tickets for alerts?

There doesn't appear to be much documenation for this, but https://github.com/mafonso/ZenNagger may be a good place to start.

It also looks like there may be an API you can use(https://developer.zendesk.com/rest_api) if you'd like to develop an event handler(https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... dlers.html) to open tickets through Nagios.
