How can i customize Nagios web main pannel with the logo of my company?

Admin -> Manage Components -> Custom Logo
Click Edit Setting Icon

And where will be placed the icon. In up left corner?
Is it dangerous to change?
What Is recommended to backup before

Yes, upper left, there are details on that page.
This is not dangerous at all as you can always disable the logo and go back.
Any time you aren't sure, you can feel free to take a backup though
