Hi,
Is it possible limit view of one hostgoup only for one user?
I did it at host configuration level, but is possible for hostgroups?

No, contacts/Users can only be added to hosts and services, not hostgroups. To accomplish this you would add the user to all the host you have as members of the hostgroup.
