Store only host/service state change in nagios log

HI,
Since last March 23, Nagios logs have been incorporating SERVICE ALERT every 5 minutes (check time).
Before, it only registered the state changes and the “CURRENT XXXX STATE” and the “INITIAL XXXX STATE” when Nagios restarted or rotated the logs.
I did not change anything in nagios.cfg
How can I get it back as it was before?
