License expiring or deactivating

Last 6 of license - QTOTOV

Whenever we update the packages on our dev system, we noticed that the production licenses keep deactivating themselves or they say it is expired. I have to keep putting in the licenses and reactivating them. We are using the license in a standard fashion ( prod, dev) and this is making no sense. Can you help us figure this out?

Hi @niebais,

I just looked up that license key and it has reached the max number of allowable activations. Please contact [email protected] first to confirm your license details.

Once that is resolved, if there is still an issue please post back to this thread and we can assist from there.

Thanks.
Benjamin

In addition to what @benjaminsmith posted (please read it).

You posted the wrong last 6 of the key but I was able to figure it out.

Are these systems offline systems? (no internet access)

Did you have to run the offline maintenance extension tool on the systems?

Please PM a screenshot of Admin > License Information.

That's correct, the systems are not able to connect to the outside. Yes, sometimes we have to run the offline maintenance tool or download the rpms manually to get things going.

I hope that helps!

That output looks fine.

Which packages are you updating specifically?
