Hello,

I'm currently on the 30 day free trial, I installed nagiosna on a brand new vm (debian 9), after the installation is complete, I connect on the connection page, after that I have a screen blank until I reload the page (F5 or CTRL + F5) to access the nagios home page, then I can move around as I want.

This also happens during disconnection.

did anyone else get that? and how can i fix it?

Welcome to the Nagios Support Forum and thanks for trying out Network Analyzer. What browser are you currently using? Let me know if you can test using another browser. Also, let's try to clear out the browser cache, then log in again.

If the issue is still there, I'd like to check the Apache logs for any relevant errors. Please post it to the thread. Thanks!

Hello, i'm currently on firefox, i also tried microsoft edge and google chrome but there is no difference even when i clear the cache.

One thing, when i'm on the blank page, then i f5 or ctrl F5 , my browser ask me to resend the form.

for me, this can be the problem, but i have already check the php into my apache, and everything is alright, i have no missing packet.

We haven't been able to recreate the issue in-house. Is opening a ticket via our support center is an option for you?
