Nagios plugin for windows check_tcp.exe without timeout

Is there any new tcp port testing (open or not) for windows by specifying the timeout value? I found one from exchange https://exchange.nagios.org/directory/P ... cp/details, but there is no option for me to specify the timeout value, otherwise, it will timeout use the default value (maybe 20 seconds) for each test.
