Acknowledgment through opsgenie

We have opsgenie integration for NagiosXI and we get notified for any alerts through opsgenie IR call and email. After acknowledging any alert through opsgenie call.. it is not being acknowledged at Nagios end and we will be receiving recurring notifications through email until we acknowledge problem alert through Nagios GUI. It was not same with Nagios Core, Please help

Let's check both the logs on the Opsgenie and Nagios sides to try and determine the source of the error. For the service and time period in question, can you verify in OpsGenie that the acknowledgment was executed, see
The Nagios alert is not acknowledged when you ack the alert at Opsgenie:
First, check your alert logs.
If you don't see the "Posted [Acknowledge] action to Nagios.." log, it means Opsgenie didn't send the Acknowledge action to Nagios. Check your integration configuration, it might not have matched the alert action.

Once that has been determining, please upload the corresponding nagios log to the thread, You'll find those in
/usr/local/nagios/var/archives. The current log is
/usr/local/nagios/var/nagios.log, and they are rotated every 24 hours into the archives.

Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Save the profile.zip file and share in a private message or upload it to the post/ticket, and then reply to this post to bring it up in the queue.

Hi,
We had a ticket open for an issue with acknowledgments, that is Opsgenie was sending host acknowledgment but not service acknowledgments.
My understanding is that this was fixed in the Opsgenie script.

I will open a new ticket then. Opsgenie is sending ack, but they're not getting to Nagios.
