Added new Fused XI Server not polling

hi

added my 4th server in, this one isnt polling. I can connect to it w/ the fused key and the logs will only ever say poll_master(): Server using polling interval 200 from this instance. I have my polling intervals staggered from 200 to 500 sec. it is Nagios XI 5.6.14.

This could be caused by a timeout or incorrect credentials.

To increase your Live Data timeout, navigate to Admin using the bar on top > click System Settings under System Configuration on the left pane > click the Data & Polling tab > and set a higher value for Live Data Timeout. You may also want to increase your Polling Interval if the server is exceptionally large.

Can you please double check that the credentials are correct for that server as well?

Do you see anything in the following error logs?

Is there any feature of your network, such as a proxy or firewall, that might interfere with the connection between Fusion and Nagios? To test this, you could perform an nmap scan of Fusion from Nagios (or vice versa).
