IBM i Monitoring Gaps on Nagios XI host

Hi support
I need assistance with Nagios XI , we have installed the IBM i support plugin but it seems that the service isnt monitoring 24/7 as it suppose to.
We setup nagiosXI on a clean redhat install and then uploaded the IBM i nagios plugin wizard. Once started it does monitor for a while but then goes "dead" sort of as per the attached images.
We can confirm that the hosts are available 24/7, but some how there are gaps.
Also , we can confirm that all "services" is operational. see the attachment on the red block that is missing: Any help related to logs to check why it intermittently skips will be greatly appreciated. Also , if we can request a configuration check that Nagios is setup correctly on its own host, that will be helpful.
