None of the service checks are running.

We are using the latest version 5.7.2 deployed from the OVF file on CentOS Linux release 7.8.2003 (Core)

It appears the core engine is running and I have access to the gui, but service check scheduling and service checks are not working.

Is this a fresh OVF install or was it upgraded to 5.7.2 from a previous version?

Please PM me a profile from the system which can be gathered under Admin > System Config > System Profile > Download Profile.
