Hi,

I'm evaluating NAGIOS XI, I used the Vmware OVA and when I connect to NAGIOS in installation phase (http://10.11.100.102/nagiosxi/install.php) I have the following error:

SQL Error [nagiosxi] : MySQL server has gone away

Please could you help me with it?

Either the database service is not running or there's an issue with the tables, log in as root to the server, and run the following. If that doesn't resolve the issue, please PM the system profile so we can review the logs and get this sorted out for you.

To send us your system profile.
Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
Click the "Download Profile" button
Save the profile.zip file and share in a private message or upload it to the post/ticket, and then reply to this post to bring it up in the queue.
