Ghost Service after backup restore

I did a backup restore and now I have a Ghost service that has nothing listed for Host or Service.
Just:
Status Pending
Duration N/A
Attempt 0/0
Last Check N/A
Status Information No check results for service yet...
Anyone know how and where I can clear this out?
I looked under Configure -> Core Config Manager and don't see anything.
This is on CentOS 8 running Nagios XI 5.7.2
