Our Network team has asked if it is possible to provide provide the following information when a router alerts:
Port Description
Loopback of the device not just the IP address that is down.

Couple ways I can think of:

-The plugin would need to gather the data you're looking for in order for it to be included in the the alert. This may require a custom plugin to be written.
