Need help with Nagios XI scheduled reporting

Hello Support,

We have problems with scheduled reporting in Nagios XI instances we have. All three instances are not able to generate scheduled reports for e.g Availability for the last month. We get and error in the file we receive in email saying "Your session has timeout". Could you please help us to get these reports generated on monthly basis as this is a critical requirement for the client on SLA point of view.

This is usually caused by an incorrect Program URL set under Admin > Users > Manage Users > General. Make sure this points to the XI machine and if the field is pointing to a hostname that the XI machine can resolve it.
